Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between kbaje ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers, or uses the kbaje platform at kbaje.bio. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and kbaje. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other users of the kbaje platform, regardless of how they access it. They cover all aspects of your use of kbaje including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, claiming bonuses and promotions, and all other activities conducted on the platform.

Definitions

The following terms have the meanings assigned to them wherever they appear in these Terms and Conditions.

• "Platform"
  The kbaje website and all associated services accessible at kbaje.bio, including all games, betting markets, account functions, payment systems, and promotional features.
• "Account"
  The personal account created and maintained by a registered Player on the Platform, including the associated balance, transaction history, and bonus record.
• "Balance"
  The total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds"
  Promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account under specific promotional terms. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Transaction"
  Any deposit, withdrawal, bet, wager, transfer, or other financial activity conducted through a Player's Account on the Platform, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard operations.

1. Eligibility

Access to and use of the kbaje Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you confirm that you meet all of these requirements.

• 1You must be at least 21 years of age. kbaje reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• 2You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) and must act on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party when registering and using the Platform.
• 3You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using an online gaming platform of this nature is prohibited or requires a licence not held by kbaje. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local laws before registering.
• 4You must not be self-excluded from gambling through kbaje's own responsible gaming tools or any third-party self-exclusion programme at the time of registration or continued use of the Platform.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each Player may hold only one Account on the kbaje Platform. The following rules apply to the registration and ongoing management of your Account.

• 1You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the KYC process. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• 2Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. If duplicate Accounts are identified, kbaje reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and retain any funds in those Accounts. Existing balances from legitimate play may be transferred to the Player's primary Account at kbaje's discretion.
• 3You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kbaje will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are valid is your responsibility.
• 4kbaje reserves the right to require KYC verification at any time, including but not limited to: before processing a withdrawal, upon a change of personal details, when unusual account activity is detected, or as required by our internal compliance procedures. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the required time frame will result in Account suspension.
• 5kbaje may close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other activity that is harmful to the Platform, other Players, or third parties. In cases of confirmed fraud, any funds in the Account may be permanently forfeited.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kbaje Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals.

• 1The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard transactions, though kbaje reserves the right to impose limits on individual Accounts. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• 2The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. kbaje aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for mobile wallet payments (bKash, Nagad) and within 24 hours for bank transfers.
• 3Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification. kbaje reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and does not reflect any presumption of wrongdoing on the part of the Player.
• 4Deposits and withdrawals must only be made using payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Payments made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the relevant Account may be suspended. kbaje does not accept cash or cryptocurrency transactions.
• 5kbaje does not charge a platform fee on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, third-party payment providers (such as bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside kbaje's control. Any such fees are the Player's responsibility.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

kbaje may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• 1All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) is stated clearly in the specific promotion terms at the point of offer. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• 2kbaje reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any change does not retroactively affect the terms of a bonus already credited to a Player's Account and currently being wagered.
• 3Bonuses are for personal use only. Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players — will have their Account suspended and all associated bonuses forfeited.
• 4Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the game or games specified in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the specific promotion. Free spins have an expiry date; unused free spins that expire will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• 5The welcome bonus is available to new Players on their first deposit only. A Player who closes their Account and re-registers is not entitled to claim the welcome bonus again. kbaje's decision on the eligibility of any Player for any promotion is final.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity conducted on the kbaje Platform, including casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, crash games, and sports betting markets.

• 1All games offered on the kbaje Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by real human dealers operating from studios certified by the game provider. The results of all games are final once the game round is completed and confirmed by the Platform.
• 2Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified after the game round has commenced. In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round in progress, kbaje will follow the game provider's official rules for the affected title. Where the provider's rules do not resolve the situation, kbaje's decision will be final.
• 3Sports betting markets, including cricket, are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or other exceptional circumstances, kbaje will apply standard industry rules for the affected market, which may result in bets being voided and stakes returned.
• 4kbaje reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at incorrect odds due to a pricing error, system fault, or human error. The Player will be notified and the staked amount will be returned to the Account balance. kbaje will not honour manifestly incorrect odds that would result in winnings disproportionate to the true market price.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kbaje Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• 1Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other illegal financial activity. All transactions on the Platform are subject to anti-money-laundering monitoring.
• 2Registering or attempting to register more than one Account, or using any Account on behalf of a third party or under a false identity.
• 3Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage in any game, or manipulate any betting market.
• 4Attempting to exploit any technical error, bug, or vulnerability in the Platform or in any game. Any winnings derived from the exploitation of a known or suspected error will be voided.
• 5Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or kbaje staff through any communication channel available on or connected to the Platform. kbaje maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive behaviour directed at its team or other users.

Our Commitments to You

Beyond the legal obligations in these Terms, kbaje makes the following service commitments to every registered Player.

7. Responsible Gaming

kbaje is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players manage their gambling activity. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above.

• 1Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through their Account settings at any time. Once a limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• 2Players may request a temporary time-out of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to kbaje customer support. Once a self-exclusion is active, the Player's Account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent during the exclusion period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kbaje and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if kbaje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kbaje's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Amendments to These Terms

kbaje reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kbaje will provide at least 7 days' notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where possible, by sending a notification to the registered mobile number or email address associated with your Account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
